Kurt Loewen
Kurt Loewen is a songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist. He previously spent much of his career in music writing, performing and traveling with The Tequila Mockingbird Orchestra. Loewen's most recent EP, Anyway, is a collection of piano centered ballads with the lyrical focus on presence, change, addiction and recovery.

Song Owl is a monthly opportunity for musicians and songwriters to gather and share their original songs with one another. All genres, experiences and stories welcome. Hosted by musician Kurt Loewen; The aim of this program is to foster a community of musicians to share their original works while feeling inspired by one another. Is your song incomplete or needing more work? That’s alright, you’re still more than welcome to join and share if you feel drawn to it. Song Owl is an opportunity for local musicians to join together and create a collective environment of support and inspiration for one another.
